The Violet Wolf Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our return policy lasts for 60 days; if the returned item(s) meet the above criteria, we can issue a refund. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase and the order meets the above criteria, we can offer you an exchange or store credit.
All SALE items are final.
If the item was shipped in the United States and is being exchanged for another item or for store credit, there is no shipping charge. If the item is being returned for a full refund, there will be a 10% restocking fee, as ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER.
Once the return is received, inspected and approved, we will issue funds to the original method of payment; if another form of payment is desired, please email a request of preferred payment method, and we will see what we can do. We understand that some items are purchased in-store and/or at markets, so we are flexible as long as there is a proof of purchase. If a credit is being applied to a credit card account, please allow time for the processed return payment to be reflected on your credit card statement. If for some reason it is not received in a timely manner, please contact us to rectify the SNAFU.
Defective Items and Repairs:
Before any replacements, refunds or repairs can be made on an item, we must receive an email with clear images of the items and their defects.
We only replace like items if they are defective or damaged. If the item was a recent purchase and the defect was due to an error on our part, there will be no repair fee or shipping charge. If the defect occurred due to circumstances beyond the construction of the item (time, handling, wear and tear, etc.) a fee will be applicable. Defective items will only be refunded if it is due to an error in construction/crafting of the item. Please mail us the item and we will cover shipping costs.
If a repair is being made to a damaged piece, please return the item as some components are one of a kind, vintage and/or are in limited quantities/supply. It is possible that some components may not be on-hand at the time the repair is needed. If this is the case and some items are missing and irreplaceable, we will do what we can to accommodate and offer sufficient alternatives.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you. If you require a physical gift certificate, please let us know.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue you an electronic gift certificate, or apply the amount to an exchange. If a refund is desired, we must apply that refund to the gift giver’s original form of payment after we have received the item intact and in its original packaging within 60 days.
